La Canal de Navarrés, at the base of the mountains, is a peaceful, rural and Mediterranean landscape where every season, the work of the sun and the ground cover the branches of the olive trees with tiny white flowers. Six months later, these little flowers turn into green fruits. Once the olives are collected, at the Pepe Ginia’s mill, we take care of the oil extraction process, packaging and labelling in an artisanal way.
Originally a traditional mill, where men carried out the process with the help of animals, it has evolved through four generations to the present day, with the most modern machinery. Our oil will thus begin its journey, offering a local product after a short trip to our facilities.
